- Free Re-Inspection: If the exact same issue recurs within the 30-day warranty window, bring your device back with your original repair receipt, and our technicians will re-inspect and fix it at no additional labor cost.
3. New Replacement Parts Warranty
We source authentic components directly from certified Pakistani distributors. Warranty durations for new replacement hardware are passed directly to you:
- Solid State Drives (SSDs) & RAM: 1 Year to 3 Years official replacement warranty (depending on brand/model).
- New Laptop LED/OLED Screens: 6 Months to 1 Year manufacturer warranty against dead pixels and display malfunction.
- New Laptop Batteries & Chargers: 6 Months official replacement warranty.
- CCTV Cameras, DVRs & NVRs: 1 Year official manufacturer warranty.
4. What is Not Covered Under Warranty
Warranty protection does not apply under the following circumstances:
- Physical damage, cracked screens, or dropped units occurring after device pickup.
- Liquid ingress, tea/coffee spills, or rainwater exposure occurring after repair.
- Electrical burnout caused by external lightning strikes, high-voltage surges, or faulty building electrical wiring without proper earthing.
- Tampering, broken warranty stickers, or unauthorized repair attempts by third-party technicians.
- Software issues, user-installed malware/ransomware, or operating system corruptions occurring after device delivery.
