1. Service Agreement & Intake Terms
By bringing any desktop PC, laptop, printer, CCTV equipment, or peripheral to Malik Computer Center (or booking an on-site service appointment in Bhalwal), you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are established to ensure transparency, safety, and fairness for both parties.
2. Initial Diagnostics & Estimates
- Free Visual Diagnosis: Basic checkups and preliminary evaluations at our walk-in counter are completely free of charge.
- In-Depth Lab Diagnostics: Complex motherboard short tracing, liquid damage treatment, and chip-level diagnostics require component disassembly. We provide a full estimate of labor and parts before any major repair begins.
- Approval Requirement: No billable repair work is conducted without prior customer verbal or written consent (via phone, WhatsApp, or in-person confirmation).
3. Customer Data Responsibility
While our technicians take utmost precautions to safeguard hard drive partitions and system files, customers are strongly advised to back up critical business records and sensitive personal files prior to handing over devices for hardware maintenance or OS re-installation. Malik Computer Center is not liable for data corruption pre-existing on damaged storage media or failing mechanical hard drives.
4. Payment Terms
- Full payment is due upon successful completion and demonstration of the repair when picking up the device at our counter.
- For large corporate AMC contracts, custom PC assemblies, or CCTV installation projects requiring significant hardware procurement, a 50% advance deposit is required.
- Accepted payment methods include Cash, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Direct Bank Transfer.
5. Unclaimed Devices Policy
Customers will be notified via phone call and WhatsApp message as soon as their equipment is repaired and ready for pickup. Devices not claimed within 60 days of completion notification may incur a nominal storage fee. Devices left unclaimed after 90 days without prior written arrangement may be recycled or disposed of to recover bench and storage expenses.
6. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms and service agreements are governed by the local commercial laws of Bhalwal, District Sargodha, Punjab, Pakistan.
